Removes tonnage limit from missions.
This mod will be deprecated by the base game update that comes with DLC5: The Dragon's Gambit. I'm leaving this up so people playing on older versions of the game can still access it.

Updated for DLC 4: Rise of Rasalhauge's game update. This may break with previous versions of the game.
New method of overriding limits removes penalties and allows players to go over the shown limit. Yellow overtonnage limit will still show, but no penalties will be assessed. Should have improved compatibility with other mods.
