Most issues are caused by Windows blocking the DLL. Please check that it is not blocking.
Go to the mod folder > Bin > Win64_Shipping_Client > Right click on MBFastDialogue.dll > Property > Click on "Unblock DLL". If this does not appear, the DLL is not locked.
After that, the mod should load correctly.
In some people and not others the mod would load, but would not work in game. I don't know where the problem could be coming from. I have uploaded a new update to try to fix this. However, it's not sure if this will fix the problem, as I can't reproduce it.
EDIT: The mod doesn't work on sandbox worlds. I don't know the sandbox world, so I can't make any promises that there will be a fix. But, I will try to see if it is not expansive to add a compatibility.
Mods that add options to the encounter menu should now be compatible. I've released a version that automatically adds their menu options to the Fast Dialogue.
hunzzbaba42// Yes, I played like 10+ hours alone on 1.2.11 with this mod and other many mods. Unless the game is updated again or someone didn't install the mod properly.
There have been minor game updates, but it's very rare for game updates to break the mod. However, if this happens and I haven't spotted it, don't hesitate to report it here!
I played v2.5.14 without a problem for a few hours in the 1.2.5 beta, but suddenly it crashed right after talking to some NPCs. The crash continued to occur several times, so I rolled back to v2.5.13 and the crash disappeared. (The crash didn't generate a CTD report, but instead gave me the choice of like a "Faced blah blah" and "Do you want to report it? Yes or No")
When I talking to the ladies of Blandia and checked the encyclopedia by right-clicking on their names to check their information, a crash occurred when I closed the encyclopedia window and left the conversation.
Essential mod for me, would it be possible to even make the dialouge with defeated lords skippable? A simple capture or release promt would be so much better. Thanks either way!

<pattern>lord</pattern>
Settings work with party IDs pattern.
By default, fast dialog is enabled for all enemy groups.
If I don't reply again to this, it means that this mod works for 1.2.10
Peace my brothers and thanks for the this mod
