For anyone who has problems with getting this MOD to work.

    1. Download manually.
    2. Open the file with WinRAR
    3. In WinRAR copy the files ''perks.txt'' and paste it into the Fallout New Vegas files (where all your other files are stored. Program Files (x86) / Steam / steamapps / common / Fallout New Vegas - paste the ''perks.txt'' here.
    4. Open ''perks.txt'' and look for ''player.setlevel 30'' and change it to ''player.setlevel 50''
    5. To add all the DLC perks copy and paste the ID's below and paste them at the bottom of the ''perks.txt''

    6. Press file, save, then close the window.
    7. launch Fallout New Vegas and load up a save file (play the game)
    8. Press the console key and type ''bat perks'' then press the enter key. you should have the skills menu pop up asking you to tag a skill.

shout out to Yoshidude for the DLC ID :D

Command bat(filename) doesnt work for me. There is a message that file couldnt be read. I try with bat(perks.txt) or bat(perks) and the same problem.

you should go into files and change the name of the file folder "Perks_2-43818-1-02" (no quotation marks) in your fallout new vegas folder and right click and then click rename, and rename the file to something simple like "hi", or "cheat" or something. then when you launch the game and open console and type ex.) "bat hi" or bat whatever you named the file. i hope this helped even though i'm about a year late:D.

The guy below had the same problem I'm having, and I renamed both the folder and the File.

Same here. It does the same error of Could not run RemanedFolder or RenamedFolder.txt. Do you have to rename the file too? I also tried copying the file in the same folder and actually changed the file extension to .bat so its a real bat file, but it wont load either the bat or txt. Just got done with a vanilla playthrough and want to play with mods now but it wont work. So far this is the only one I have had issues with.

I also tried changing the folder back to its original name and then ran "bat perks.txt" and it just says the file can not be opened. Also tried it with the .bat I made as well and same thing, can not open file. Is there a system permission I need to grant to the files or something? I already have the "Everyone" and "System" permissions granted to the whole dir and sub dirs. I am on Windows 10 Ent LTSC.

Contains both the male and female perks for 5% against different sexes... And both Action Girl/Boy. This should be fixed.
