This is a template DSGO plugin that can be used to change the player's starting gear when they get to the Mojave. Use this below either BHYSYS /or/ BHYSYS with DSGO, either is fine.

Rewrites both notes based on feedback.

!Make sure that you choose "2" in the included config ini for what perk you get to get the humbled head trauma perk. Selecting 0 or 1 will result in not seeing this versions changes to the Humbled perk

This plugin changes the humbling perk to be a substantial player debuff until level 15. See main description for more details. Overwrite the main file with this one's esp. Make sure to open config->humbling.ini and select reset level.
