Hotfix 1: Hotfixes for the bugged terrain in the East Canyons, missing magazine rack texture, outdated small Big Stop sign texture/mesh, & Ashens compatible Poseidon sign. Will be included in the next full update.

This is pre-generated terrain LOD for VANILLA textures (if you use landscape texture packs with custom LOD there will be a mismatch).
Generating LOD for OBJECTS using xLODGen is still required, but it is much faster than terrain. Refer to VNV LOD guide.
