[Main file required] This will be a more subtle effect. You wont accelerate as quickly going down hills and I slightly took the edge off the speed penalty going up hills. Little to no speed loss on less steep hills.

I increased the acceleration of flatter slopes in the setting fSmDeclAcc=2. If you want to set it back to 1, use this file or set fSmDeclAcc=1 in the main config

[main File Required] Makes steeper hills decrease speed to the same extent a lesser one would. Still within a reasonable range.
Can be further modified along with other options in this or the config file that come with the main file. -

I blunted the acceleration of small slopes. If you want it more like the demo video, use this.
Done by editing this value "fSmDeclAcc" Between 1 and 2 are valid values. Set to 1.7 in this. -
A Config with the two other optional config settings included. Steeper hills will have the same speed decrease as lesser ones and small slopes will be more reactive like the demo.

Gave option to make jump direction non-cancellable. Won't sink in water when un 50% encumbered. Fixed issue mention in the sticky post. May not be compatible with Equip and Movement Speed Fix - ESPless.
Config files in optional files for quick start. -
True movement 2 will be a huge update aiming to fix many vanilla issues, MCM compatible, and complete recode of the movement functions. Some things are mentioned in posts. Track if you're interested.

Added ability to configure the hill type speed modifiers. Very steep hills that significantly slow you down can now have the same speed reduction as a less steep hill. Same can be done for speed increase but may be smoother left at default.

It's now recommended to use the Config - More Reactive Small Slopes or set fSmDeclAcc=2 in the ini -
[Small Update: Accidently removed the bullet time compatibility last time -- Added it back in] See posts for Full V.13 update info. May not be compatible with Equip and Movement Speed Fix - ESPless.
See config files in optional files for quick start. -
Update with jump momentum options, and ability to remove the higher slope speed reductions and increases, and modifier strengths coming hopefully tonight. For now, you're stuck with my preferences.

[Versions LOWER than 1.3 WILL NEED THE MAIN DOWNLOAD. Not needed if you download the main file.] Added in bullet time compatibility which was disabled when porting to FO3. This is just the esp for users that already have downloaded VERSION 1.3.
