Carry Weight Modifier
Annoyed you can't carry every possible piece of cheese in the game?
Yeah same, so this should help.
What exactly does this mod do:
Changes the lockpick weight to -150
Reason for this:
because the systems of the game run on two engines,
cannot directly change strength to carryweight scaling, but this does work.

(The mod is likely going to work with Vortex now, but please double check in your case)
(Currently I am unsure if it works with vortex, maybe it does, it sure will at some point)
For now I recommend the
Manual Installation:
Extract the zipped folder into the MAIN GAME FOLDER
Then make sure that your 'Plugins.txt' has the 'CarryWeightMod.esp' added at the end of the list
(Or you can simply download the changed plugins.txt file that you also throw into that folder)
Your main game folder will be:

FAQ
Q: Why not change the scaling directly?
A: It shows up correctly in the menu however it still makes you overencumbered
Q: Does this turn off achievements
A: No, I checked to make sure it did not
