Changes the lockpick weight from 0 to -150, if you have 10 lockpicks it will -1500 your carry weight so you to run without issue.
Installation:
Simply throw into the data folder as per instructions on the page and make sure to change the plugins.txt

For those of you who don't know how to edit your plugins.txt file
Obviously overriding this changes all the plugins that are loaded, meaning if you install other mods you must change that file or will have it changed by vortex/mod organizer you want.
