Disables lumen only when outdoors in the open world, to increase frame rate whilst outside without sacrificing visuals in interior locations where performance is much better. This mod disables lumen when outside, an re enables it when in interior locations automatically.
There is also a custom config version where you can customise your graphics settings for outdoors and indoors.
INSTALLATION:
Either install with vortex or install UE4SS and paste the folder in the archive to ue4ss/Mods.
Install the LUMEN BEGONE mod or modify your engine.ini manually - my mod overwrites this however without this lumen seems to re enable itself if you pause the game.

Should be compatible with any engine.ini tweaks, just add the lines from the lumen begone mod.
If you want set the global illumination setting to above low, use the DFAO version or you will get really bad shimmering
