More enhancements for chapter 4. Added some post-Arena dialogues back at Nexus for romanced companions (Arueshalae, Lann, partially Sosiel) and Seelah. Companions now react to the doppelganger in the basement of Ten Thousand Delights.

This is a major update for Chapter 4. Includes new dialogues after arriving in the Abyss, after Arena, during and after Areelu, after returning from Colyphyr, etc.
Also, Lann can now try on a hat from Commander's pack.
