Исправлена анимация: теперь она не проигрывается, когда игрок обнажил оружие или когда находится в режиме от первого лица (фиксит глючную руку в поле зрения, если мод не используется с Imrpoved Camera). Анимация стала быстрее и корректно заканчивается.
Изменена механика включения света обратно: когда как ранее оригинальный непривязанный свет исчезал навсегда, а при зажжении спавнился универсальный, сейчас включается тот же оригинальный свет.
Попытки пофиксить положение уличных фонарей при повторном респавне: теперь они не должны сдвигаться выше.
Добавлены патчи для Blowing in the Wind Lite и LP Overhaul - Light Placer Confs - LPO (опция Optimization).

Fixed staff hit detection: Now staff hits are properly detected.
Fixed animation: Now it is not played when the player has a weapon drawn or is in the first-person mode (fixes glitchy hand in the field of view if the mod was not used with Imrpoved Camera). The animation is now faster and ends correctly.
Changed the light reactivation mechanics: Previously, the original unattached light would disappear permanently, and a universal one would spawn when relighted. Now, the same original light is restored.
Attempted to fix the positioning of street lanterns upon respawn: They should no longer shift upwards.

Добавлена опциональная анимация тушения и зажигания фонарей.

New Mechanics: Regular and Orcish lanterns can now be extinguished using appropriate spells. Compatible with spells added by mods, including Witcher Signs. Frost, wind, and water extinguish them, while fire reignites them. Paper lanterns tear immediately.
Added optional lantern extinguishing and lighting animation.
Activator text updated: Instead of "blow out", it now says "extinguish" for better logic.
A fix for one of the Lux patch models is now integrated.

Поддержка данмерских фонарей: веревки теперь представлены в виде отдельных объектов, к которым крепятся настоящие интерактивные фонари.
Теперь фонари респавнятся не один раз, а каждый раз при повторном переходе в локацию.
Добавлено опциональное звуковое сопровождение.

Support for Dunmer lanterns: Ropes are now represented as separate objects to which real interactive lanterns are attached.

When the Wayward Realms trailer came out, showing similar mechanics, I decided that I needed it in Skyrim. Now that I've got it working, you can also use it. Enjoy!
I was also inspired by an Oldrim mod that I once used myself - Improved Sneak Detection. From there I borrowed the idea of magical effects that are applied to the player depending on the light.
This mod consists of several modules: the mechanics of lanterns extinguishing and breaking & dynamic active effects applying that increase or decrease sneaking skill based on the lighting level or whether the player is holding a torch/casted a candlelight.
If you want to experience a little more realism, you can check to install the Eternal Flames patch in FOMOD (original mod is not required). It replaces lanterns inside ruins with extinguished ones where it makes sense.
All modules are optional and can be configured via MCM. The settings are stored.
Placed Unattached Lights Remover (the separate file in Miscellaneous)
Removes lights around the lanterns and candles that are not linked to them.
Use it if you know what you're doing and want this.
Features:
Depending on whether the player is holding a torch, casted the candlelight, or is simply in a place with a certain amount of light, these detection status effects are applied:
Out of Sight: You sneak better by XX points as the shadows surround you.
In Plain Sight: You sneak worse by XX points as the light falls on you.
And if you are the origin of the light, in this case you are not just lighted more than you need to be, you literally become a beacon for enemies. Your sneaking skill will be reduced by the maximum amount possible - 50 points. You can find out the rest as you play.

To reduce the amount of light so you can hide more effectively, you can:
Handle the lanterns sneakily - extinguish them by hand or by spell, shoot, or smash in any other way beforehand while your enemy is not yet there.
Nocturnal Moths. But be careful: you don't need the patches built into the original mod for the mods listed above. If you already have them installed, I suggest you to delete them so they don't overlap.
Should also becompatible with Quick Light SE, since it does not directly replace the vanilla lantern item.
Not Compatible With:
Any Base Object Swapper mod that also replaces lanterns (like Destructible Skyrim - BOS). Remove entries mentioning them from the xxx_SWAP.ini of those mods if you want mine to work.
