Remove Falmer Cave Ceiling Glow
Simply removes the ugly falmer ceiling glow from Blackreach and falmer inhabited areas, replacing it with a blank texture. A dark substance still exists afterwards, (decal or something?) but nearly all hidden with a lighting and/or weather mod that darkens the ceiling of those areas.
