- Solstheim Miraak Black Book Commentary Bug: The return conversation after reading the Waking Dreams Black Book will now trigger correctly, and the Summon Serana spell will be re-added as intended.
- Carlotta Banter Wonkiness: The missing line in Carlotta and Serana's banter has been restored, allowing the conversation to flow naturally.
- Ancano Dialogue: The Ancano dialogue will no longer appear before the College questline, even if Serana is not yet a friend.
- Training Topic Dialogue Wonkiness: Dialogue options related to training will now have appropriate cooldowns and will no longer display blank messages or be selectable when unavailable.
- Apocalypse Spells Availability: Bolide and Hailstone spells will only appear in the spell teaching menu if the Apocalypse mod is installed and the player knows the spells.
- Valerica Conversation Abruptly Ends: The conversation with Valerica will now progress correctly beyond the "I understand" dialogue choice.
- Missing Spells for Spell Toggle Patch: Reanimate Corpse, Ice Storm, and Lightning Bolt spells are now included in the spell toggle menu. All of Serana's vanilla spells should now be available to toggle.
- Combat Style Not Working: The combat style feature has been removed due to persistent bugs and incompatibility issues.
- More Inigo Banter Wonkiness: The timing and frequency of Inigo and Serana's banter have been adjusted to prevent overlapping dialogue and unnatural conversation flow.
- Ashe Book Bug: The issue with Serana repeatedly giving the Ashe book and the conversation not progressing has been resolved.
- Outfit System Wonkiness: The outfit system has been reworked to ensure outfits switch correctly and old outfit pieces are removed properly.
- Trueblood Spell Toggle Patch Issue: The skin color mismatch between Serana's head and body when using the Trueblood spell toggle patch has been fixed.
- Adoption Dialogue: The adoption dialogue will now only trigger after marrying Serana and will not reappear if you already have a child. The quest will also update correctly in the journal.
- Meme Global Variable: The memes global variable (responsible for the Star Wars Prequel and other memes) has been disabled by default. If you want to hear the 4th wall breaking stuff, enable it in the Serana Menu.
- Misc. Dialogue Improvements: Cooking and Whats On Your Mind dialogue will not be available until during Prophet, or Serana friendship at the very least.

- § This includes new 'Clicked Hello' commentary for vanilla Hearthfire abodes, when inside said home. Dialogue should be more varied, natural, and immersive!

The conversation is in-depth and gives the player a chance to role play, with different conversation outcomes depending on the stage of the player's relationship with Serana, current events, and their answers to Serana's questions. With the following player homes in the list, Serana will be able to comment on them through radiant hello dialogue, and you will also be able to ask you "What do you think of this place" locations for each home. - Reworked Spell Teach feature. In addition to teaching Serana spells (if your character knows them), you can additionally request for her to "self-study" every 24 hours. She will learn a different spell each time, out of the current supported spell list. This is a way for Serana to increase her spell repertoire for player characters who aren't magicka heavy and wouldn't learn much spells to teach Serana anyway.
- - Awareness for House of Horrors Quest Expansion
- Serana will be able to fully comment on the tweaked and expanded House of Horrors quest, courtesy of JaySerpa. Based on what you choose the quest - and Serana's subsequent interactions will play out differently.

- Serana will now comment on the Thieves Guild quest differently if you refuse to become a Nightingale. Support for actual role-play, yay! New dialogue lines as well as tweaked dialogue for the existing Thieves Guild commentary.
- - An INSANE amount of new Custom Names + Conversations, over 100 more of them, with more than 300 new lines dedicated to new names!
- All of these allow Serana to greet you in a particular name (list here). A select number of these (to be highlighted orange on the names sheet) allow love greets, so Serana can say "I love you" to a particular name if she has been romanced.
- A fewer number (but still a significant amount) also have custom conversations for them requested by Patrons! To unlock these, select "Enable Custom Patron Dialogue" in Serana's Dialogue Menu.
- Custom Names integration during Dawnguard and quest commentary. The next evolution of the Custom Names, it will seem as if your character name was written into Dawnguard in the first place.

However, the trade-off now is that the base mod isn't as much of an all-in-one, so you will need to install the right framework add-on for the adult framework you have installed (this will be available as a separate patch FOMOD, separate from the Patch Hub. This is technically an integration after all). By default, SDA romance only comes in vanilla (fade to black).

- Sometimes Serana will just headtrack you while running beside you. It's intended for her to stop her headtracking and just look forward, which works sometimes. However, it is still fickle and doesn't always remain off.
- Sometimes Serana will become fixated in a particular direction and continue to face that direction despite the player turning. To fix this, just stop moving to refresh Serana's package stack.
- Sometimes Serana may run off or her pathing may become wild. Again, to rectify this just stand still or move in her direction.
- New Save/Game not required for 3.0 if upgrading from Version 2.9 already
- After this update, more NFF features will be obsolete. You can continue to use NFF, just disable the Outfit and Storage features in place of mine.
- Additionally, Serana Dialogue Add-On will not be compatible with mods that change "DLC1NPCMonitoringPlayerScript and DLC1_NPCMentalModelScript". If there are mods that do this too, do not use them with SDA- you will break Serana's brain!
- As of 3.0 and for later updates, Serana Dialogue Add-On will be intended to be an all-encompassing Serana mod, other than editing her vanilla appearance. This means that SDA will already include many quality of life or bugfixes for Serana as a follower.

- - Over 10 new romance conversations (and over 260 new dialogue lines) with Serana over the course, and after the Dawnguard questline
- - These are technically mini-quests, but they aren't marked on your journal or anything. The progression of this content is almost entirely experienced through dialogue with Serana along the Dawnguard journey. Just try to talk to her somewhat often, especially during the start of some main Dawnguard quests.
- - These occur for every single Dawnguard quest Serana does with you (from Bloodline to Kindred Judgement, barring the side-quests after Bloodline for each Dawnguard side)
- - The romance quests can be experienced regardless of which side you choose in Dawnguard. The romance shouldn't have conflicts story-wise, as your Dawnguard side is not directly referred to in a lot of these romance dialogues with Serana.
- - It is important to note that these quests are optional, and do have different outcomes. (Professional, Platonic, or Romantic relationship)
- - However, if the player installs the mod after a particular point in Dawnguard (Unseen Visions) it is automatically assumed that the player and Serana are in a romantic relationship. This is toggleable through a global, (Type "Set SeranaRomance to 0" in the console if you want to disable it)

- - Optional patch for the Wintersun mod, so that it recognizes SDA's custom Serana marriage for Mara, Dibella, and Morwha's religious tenets. Why? Because the Serana marriage in this mod is treated very differently from typical vanilla marriage, both role-play wise and gameplay wise. This patch was made to ensure players who followed those deities via the Wintersun mod could still accrue favor with them , while being "married" to Serana.
In the lore sense though, while it has typically been understood in the past that deities like Dibella despised the vampires, Serana might be an exception in this case (as if the player chose to go the romance route) she obviously demonstrates genuine love, care, and affection for the player. Even while Serana's body is "corrupted", her soul could turn out to be quite pure. As for Mara and Morwha, they don't seem to have any obvious disdain towards vampires..
