About this mod

Changes the stats of Unique weapons to make them more... Unique.

Permissions and credits
A lot of Uniques in the game have either barely-noticable effects, or have serious drawbacks that arent transparent to the player.

Some of these modifications may seem overtuned, but these are supposed to be mostly rare custom-tooled weapons.

I did not make any changes to DLC-exclusive weapons.

All Unique weapons retain previous base stats, any changes will be based on their default values.

Most of the "Armor Penetration increased by 100%" buffs are necessary to turn Tier-1 weapons into Tier-2 weapons.
(The weapon balancing in this game is VERY arcadey)

THIS MOD WILL CONFLICT WITH ANY OTHER MODS THAT MODIFY THE FOLLOWING .CFG FILES.
