This mod changes the weapon stats of Unique named weapons to be more... Unique.
A lot of Uniques in the game have either barely-noticable effects, or have serious drawbacks that arent transparent to the player.
Some of these modifications may seem overtuned, but these are supposed to be mostly rare custom-tooled weapons.
I did not make any changes to DLC-exclusive weapons.

Clusterfuck
(By default has +150% Degradation from firing, +100% Armor Penetration, +100% Damage, -25% Hipfire Spread, and -30% Accuracy)
-Reduced Firing Degradation by 20%
-Armor Penetration increased by 25%
-Accuracy increased by 44%
-Range increased by 33%
-Increased Firing Loudness by 13% (Enemies will take notice sooner.)
Lummox's AK74M
(By default only has a 20% Damage penalty)
-Reduced Firing Degradation by 15%
-Damage Increased by 25%
-Range increased by 20%
Decider
(By default only has a 15% Damage bonus)
-Reduced Firing Degradation by 20%
-Increased Bleed Chance & Bleed Damage by 30% (13% Chance)
-Reduced Hipfire Spread by 10%
-Decreased Range by 20%
Gangster
(By default only has -20% Hipfire Spread)
-Increased Damage by 60%
-Increased Firing Degradation by 15%
Shah's Mate
(By default has +35% Damage and -15% Hipfire Spread)
-Increased Armor Penetration by 50%
-Increased Firing Loudness by 13%
Rat Killer
(By default has -15% Hipfire Spread and -25% Range)
-Reduced Hipfire Spread by 10%
-Increased Damage by 10%
-Increased Bleed Chance by 100% (20%)
Spitfire
(By default has +100% Armor Penetration and +25% Range)
-Increased Damage by 15%
-Increased Accuracy by 20%
Deadeye
(By default has -10% Damage and -15% Hipfire Spread)
-Increased Armor Penetration by 100%
-Increased Accuracy by 10%
-Increased Range by 20%
-Decreased Bleed Chance by 90% (1%)
Lynx
(By default has +50% Armor Penetration, -25% Range and -23% Hipfire Spread)
-Reduced Firing Degradation by 25%
-Increased Damage by 10%
Whip
(By default only has +20% Range)
-Reduced Firing Degradation by 20%
-Reduced Hipfire Spread by 25%
-Increased Projectile Flatness by 20%
Predator
(By default only has -10% Hipfire Spread)

-Increased Bleed Chance by 50% (15%)
Sledgehammer
(By default only has +25% Armor Penetration)
