Once you have saved with this version of the mod, tappers should no longer disappear if the mod is removed (regardless of when you placed them). Note that you have to save with every savefile for this, doing one won't prevent loss in the others.
Certain config options were not working correctly and are now fixed
Mod was behaving differently in separate saves in some instances; timers were being wonky as a result. This is now fixed.

2021/12/30: Tapper XP is now awarded when using the automate mod, and there is now a config option to disable XP from automation. Now mostly works with Combined Machines (see compatibility section).
