Great mod. Thanks! However there is a problem with oxygen and heavy suits. At least for Xbox. They do the opposite of what is written and the character starts to use significantly less oxygen for sprinting.
I have a small question which suits are best for Stealth? Cause I plan to do a Stealth Character but I remember that Stealth with Spacesuits was s#*! in the game so did your mod fix that or no?
I keep consistently running into superior quality equipment even with the mod installed. Is this supposed to happen, or is it some kind of mod incompatibility I'm running into?
Yeah you'll still find them, but they shouldn't be better than advanced, I'm looking into just renaming the superior quality to advanced and making the stats the same so it doesn't really matter if you find one
By modular, do you mean the craftable haz regen? If so, I've got that version installed and it's working fine, maybe a file conflict? Do you have any other mods that affect spacesuits installed?
I'm glad you're enjoying them though! Thank you! :)
The only thing that is adjacent even is "Linked Companion Spacesuit" but that shouldn't be it...
Just to be clear, do you need both Main Files maybe? Normal + Haz Regen? If I just use the Haz Regen Craftable then no Armor changes at all happen.
Also, Mark 1 is supposed to be that "weak"? Because it seems to have less DR than in your Spreadsheet. (Thanks for that btw, so good to have documentation)
No you only need one or the other, if you aren't seeing changes you might need to find a new suit, but that shouldn't happen anymore after remaking the mod in CK
Mark 1 is supposed to be weaker yes than other balanced suits yes, as it comes pre-built with the haz regen mod, so if I made it the same DR as the other suits it would be objectively better than all the exploration suits (which it already borderline is).
I do love my spreadsheets! Glad you're enjoying them too!
Since installing this mod Superior armor is consistently lower protection that the exact same armor that is Advanced. Did the quality levels get shuffled?
Yeah basically 'Advanced' is the highest tier in this mod, just so it lines up with weapons, Advanced is the same as superior would have been :) if you see any superior suits just ignore them/sell them
It won't have my changes made to the suits no, you'll have to make a patch for each one if you know how to, once I've got my mods to a place where I'm happy with them I will be making patches for various other popular mods :)
Hello. I updated from 1.5 to 2.0, and the hazard regeneration on my explorer suit doesn't seem to be working. It's possible the environment overwhelmed it, so I wanted to ask if it's something that's a mitigation measure or should work to keep you safe, even in hazardous weather on a hazardous planet.
Previously on 1.5, I would be able to explore indefinitely regardless of the weather and environment just by putting on an explorer suit.
Are there other requirements? Does every piece need to be explorer class for the regen to work?
Chances are you'll need to find a new suit, since it's been updated and I added new effects and stats to suits, it will be using the 'old' suit, which won't have the environmental resistances anymore.
If it's called 'E Class Explorers suit' or something like that you'll know it's the old one, find a new suit and it will work fine :)
Quick question, did you remove the prefix letter (E,C,B) for the spacesuits?. Just asking cause I dont get them now and wanted to make sure the mod was working properly.
I did remove the prefixes for the suit classes yes, I think suits have more of a uniquely identifying features this time around, such as heavy suits with the slowdown, balanced with the traits etc. Also the mass of a suit is a pretty bit indicator! So I'm going to see how they play out :)
I also think it's a bit easier to just 'guess' what class a suit will be, I like to think they might be pretty obvious once you've got the feel for it!
If it proves too much effort, I'll re-add the prefixes :)
Yeah, figured that when I seen the packs wieghing like 15 mass. And all good about the prefixes, its fun getting used to what suit if for what, not too hard to remember.
I never made a spreadsheet for the previous version (I was less organised than now)
Stats should be ~roughly similar to the last version, exploration suits are a little stronger as are balanced, new light combat suits are inbetween heavy combat and balanced. Heavy combat is unchanged :)

One was the Pirate sniper suit, and I can't remember what the other was, you'll have to check the spreadsheet :)
Edit: Just the pirate sniper suit, but yeah, wear that suit for stealth!
Also, the mark 1 is a lot weaker than I think its even in your description.
Nonetheless, great series of mods, using them in my new/first playthrough. Really appreciate the effort you put into these. thank you!

I think without the prefixes it makes it a little more immersive, if you figured it out easily then that's a good sign, it means it makes sense haha.
Thanks!
