This update adds vehicle docking in both Moonpool and Cyclops. Vehicles now sink when they are destroyed instead of disappearing. Vehicles will, in general, come to a stop more rapidly than before.

This hotfix makes it so that when the PDA is open, you cannot control (move or rotate) a vehicle.

Add configurable recipes for all vehicles. See BepInEx/plugins/VehicleFramework/recipes after booting the game once!

Add a console command "undockclosest" to force the nearest dock to undock its vehicle.
