MOD LIMIT FIX - PATCHER 1.0

Requirements:
* Tested with a few different 1.31 and 1.32 flavors, but may work on older ones as well.
Instructions:
1) Put the modlimitpacher.exe in the bin/x64 directory of the game.
2) Run it.
