Language support added and gradual skill increase version
I moved the text from the script into language files, adding custom text that the script uses, I used google translate to get translations and I know they are far from perfect, for those that wan´t to get a more proper and better translations you can edit the translations files and it should give you a pretty decent translation.
I also added a new type with gradual increase of skill.
Skill 0-6 gives 3 points per seminar.
Skill 7-11 gives 2 points per seminar.
Skill 12 and up give 1 point per seminar.

1.50.1.2 had wrong id´s for some of the text in all languages besides english, this has now been fixed in the latest version. 201... -
Hi,
I finally managed to hammer out all the kinks I found.
I included 3 versions this time, easy, balanced and difficult. I increased the prices of seminars for all version to avg 5000.
Easy allows players to train pilots, managers, crew and marines to max skill for 1 seminar.
Balanced allows players to train pilots, managers, crew and marines by 1 skill for 1 seminar (Piloting, Management) and 3 skill for 1 seminar (Morale, Boarding, Engineering).
Difficult allows players to train pilots, managers, crew and marines by 1 skill for 1 seminar.
Let me know if you find any problems and I will try and fix them asap.... -
Train your employees using the digital seminars.
Now players can train their employees with the digital seminars that they own. 5 digital seminars are need to max an employee in a skill that starts at zero. Each skill has 15 points to them, 3 points for each star, 1 seminar gives 3 points....
