    I had the mod under 3.30 running for a few hours - but the effect is rather manageable. Every now and then reports come in that the pilot has gained experience (and only this one - not the rest of the team) - but the bottom line is that I could just as well fly a standard patrol - it learns just as well or badly.

      Looks like the mod no longer works, but is no longer needed either.
      Egosoft switched out the old version of universal seminars with tiered seminars (basic, 1-star, 2-star, ect.) that you can use even without the mod and the old ones "Digital Seminar (<skill>)" can no longer be given to the crew.

    Just installed and using the Difficult version, seems to work perfectly fine for me, trains them up, removes the seminars, can open the shipyard sales and equipment screens fine. So I would say it does still work, maybe it's another mod that is causing issues for those it's not working for?

    Tried the mod on the latest (steam) version of the game 2.5.
    I was able to train my crew with the difficult mod version, but i wasn't able to open shipyard sales screens or equipment anymore.
    Any idea what is wrong?

    Hi,

    I'm having issue with the text:
    I don't know how to add a pic here, so I'll explain. ;-)
    (FYI, my game is in French)

    Instead of displaying the text it's supposed to, I get this in the 1st menu: "=ReadText201000-2="

    Same thing with next menus:
    "=ReadText201000-1=Abordage"
    "=ReadText201000-1=Ingégnerie"
    and so on...

    Thanks for your help.

      I have the same issue, but with English, the correct language xml isn't being read/selected for some reason I presume?

      Hi,
      I have the same problem in German. I think it's got to do with Windows 7. I'm using one mod (Subordinate Order Access) with a .cat file and there are no issues, while another mod (CAS) is in separate files also and has the same issues
      So, pretty please Frekjan - can you support us Win 7 users.

      Thanks

    Hi,

    Here is a better translation for French:

    <t id="1">Entraîner </t>
    <t id="2">Entraîner l'employé</t>
    <t id="3">1 séminaire</t>
    <t id="4">Entraîner jusqu'à 3 étoiles</t>
    <t id="5">Entraîner jusqu'à 5 étoiles</t>
    <t id="1001">%1 compétences %2 formés %3 fois.</t>
    <t id="1002">%1 n'a pas de formation à %2.</t>

    Fantastic Idea but don't work so well. No seminars around the galaxy, impossible to buy 'cause nobody sell them

    Um can I have some clarification on exactly where I am putting these files. I ask this as I usually use the mod manager but x4 is on on that one.

      Hi, you should extract the files into the "extensions" folder in your game directory, add the directory there, [Your game location]\Extensions\Employee_Training. If the extensions folder does not exist then you need to create it.

      I have seen posts about some people having problems deploying mods in their game directory, if that is the case for you then you should put it into your savegame location I think, "..\Documents\Egosoft\X4\Extensions\Employee_Training" I think this would be the location. Not sure though, you might have to search find info about it on your nearest search engine.
