    - Piper now has perks befitting a wasteland reporter. (Better Criticals 1, Gunslinger 1-3, Quick Hands 1, Sneak 1-5)
    - Piper's endurance increased, from 7 to 8.

    - Piper now has 150 Carry Weight (100 + STR × 10; Player Carry Weight is 200 + STR × 10), before bonuses.

A console script (Piper_v2.txt) is included to update Piper's inventory and SPECIAL attributes. (Old playthroughs; Console command: BAT PIPER_V2)
