This document contains most of the changes made in FPGE, including all endings and other bits.

-MAIN ENDINGS-

Independent (Securitrons not upgraded)
- Rioting occurs in the Strip, Freeside, Westside and North Vegas which stops after two weeks. Will result in roaming rioters that attack anyone nearby and general chaos and terror around the affected areas with rubble and fire being commonplace. (Note, you can configure this and the Securitron army to your liking by speaking to Yes Man in the Lucky 38 Penthouse after you complete the game.)
- NCR and their refugees get booted out of the Mojave save the Mojave Outpost where they keep an eye on the wasteland.
- Legion get booted out entirely.
- The number of travellers to the Strip decreases due to danger they face visiting there, this is further exacerbated if Kimball is dead due to Vegas being scapegoated. However, if Kimball is alive, some travellers will return to the Strip after the rioting there has ended.
- Hoover Dam is left entirely abandoned and all its generators have been destroyed completely.

Independent (Securitrons upgraded)
- Rioting occurs in the same places as before excluding the Strip.
- The amount of Securitrons on the Strip increases two-fold in order to prevent any rioting.
- NCR and Legion get booted out.
- Assuming Kimball is alive, the number of travellers to the Strip is identical to before the battle of Hoover Dam.
- Hoover Dam and the El Dorado Substation are occupied by Securitrons in order to prevent anyone intruding on these locations.

House
- The Strip has a great increase in the number of Securitrons keeping it secure and Freeside, Westside and North Vegas are all occupied by them in order to keep the peace.
- NCR and Legion get booted out.
- House begins the rebuilding process for all areas surrounding the Strip, refurnishing old buildings, repairing crumbling architecture and offering jobs to those willing to accept House’s rule. Construction workers can be seen around New Vegas.
- Those unwilling to accept House’s rule are kicked out of their place of residence by Securitrons and left in the outskirts of New Vegas.
- If Kimball is dead, the number of visitors to the Strip will be reduced.
- Hoover Dam, Helios One and the El Dorado Substation are occupied by Securitrons.

Caesar’s Legion (Caesar alive)
- The entirety of New Vegas is occupied by the Legion, some citizens are crucified/enslaved/killed but overall, people are free to go about their business under the unforgiving rule of Caesar.
- The NCR get booted out and the Strip Securitrons are kept in place as Caesar is more accepting of technology than Lanius.
- Caesar occupies the Lucky 38 Penthouse along with his Praetorian guard, Lucius, and Vulpes.
- Several Legion checkpoints along roads are established in order to maintain their rule on the Mojave.
- Hoover Dam is occupied by the Legion and along with the El Dorado Substation, are destroyed. Lanius is also seen at the Dam training legionaries.
- The Tops is destroyed but Gomorrah and the Ultra Luxe remain assuming their quests have been completed to favour the Legion. (Gambling functions/bars are shut down however.)

Caesar’s Legion (Caesar dead)
- New Vegas is taken over by the Legion. However, considering Lanius is in charge, a massive number of citizens are crucified, enslaved or outright killed, leaving very few unique NPC’s around.
- The NCR get booted out, but the Strip Securitrons are destroyed as Lanius has no desire to keep technology around.
- Lanius occupies the Lucky 38 Penthouse along with the Praetorian guard, Lucius, and Vulpes.
- Legion checkpoints are established.
- Hoover Dam is occupied by the Legion and along with the El Dorado Substation, are destroyed.
- All casinos on the Strip are destroyed with no survivors, as Lanius has no tolerance of gambling and prostitution. (The outcomes of their quests are irrelevant.)

NCR
- New Vegas gets annexed by the NCR, with their soldiers and propaganda being everywhere, recruitment officers can also be seen in various areas of New Vegas.
- The Legion get booted out.
- NCR Senators take residence in the Lucky 38 Penthouse in order to manage the Mojave politically.
- The NCR establish checkpoints/toll booths along roads in order to maintain their rule on the Mojave.

-SIDE ENDINGS-

Black Mountain
- If Raul is taken from Tabitha without the quest being completed, Nightkin will stalk the roads attacking travellers and all Super Mutants vanish from Black Mountain. (These Nightkin show up from 8PM to 7AM)
- Otherwise, if Tabitha leaves peacefully with Rhonda or she dies, Black Mountain will be left abandoned and no Nightkin will be present on the roads.

Raul
- Raul leaves the Mojave permanently if his personal quest isn’t completed, meaning he will no longer be a companion, able to be hired, or even show up in the game.

Boomers
- If their leaders are dead, the Boomers will disappear and Nellis will be populated by prospectors and scavengers.
- If the NCR win and the Boomers quest hasn’t been completed, several dead NCR soldiers and destroyed encampments made by them will show up and the Boomers will still be present. Gun Runner traders will show up to trade with the Boomers but nothing else.
- If the Legion win and the Boomers quest hasn’t been completed, several dead Legionnaires and destroyed encampments are shown. However, the Legion will have broken through and enslaved the Boomers.
- If the NCR win and the Boomers quest has been completed, Gun Runner traders will show up to trade with the Boomers. As well as this, Boomer traders will appear at Crimson Caravan in order to trade.
- If House wins and the Boomers quest has been completed, Boomer traders will appear at the Crimson Caravan.

Brotherhood of Steel
- If the Brotherhood is destroyed, all of them outside of Hidden Valley will disappear.
- If the Brotherhood are spared in a Legion victory, the Legion attack them and Hidden Valley is littered with Brotherhood and Legion corpses while fighting still takes place.
- In a House and independent ending, the Brotherhood will establish outposts and patrol the I-15 and Highway 95 in order to seize technology from caravans and travellers.
- In an independent ending with Hardin as elder, the Brotherhood will not only establish outposts, but will retake Helios One.
- If the Brotherhood allies with the NCR and the NCR win, they will only be present at NCR checkpoints to help patrol. The NCR also hands over all their power armor to the Brotherhood, leading to no NCR heavy troopers being around.
- If ED-E is given to the Brotherhood, eyebots will accompany Brotherhood patrols wherever they are present, this including Hidden Valley, Helios One, Brotherhood outposts and NCR/Brotherhood patrols.

Veronica
- If the Brotherhood are destroyed or she tries to join the Followers without a truce being made with the Brotherhood and NCR, Veronica leaves the Mojave permanently, meaning she will no longer be a companion, able to be hired, or even show up in the game.
- Veronica will have new dialogue referring to the outcome Hoover Dam battle by asking her about the current situation.

Fiends
- If the Fiends are destroyed by the player or otherwise, they will completely disappear from the game aside from the New Vegas sewers. However, in the independent ending, they will simply scatter into the outskirts of New Vegas, heavily weakened.
- If the Fiends were never weakened, they leave a visible mark on McCarran, with dead NCR soldiers, gurneys, and Fiend body piles being present due to them attacking during the Hoover Dam battle.
- Regardless of whether the Fiends were weakened or not prior to the Hoover Dam battle, they will be annihilated by the NCR, Legion, and Mr. House, leaving no trace.
- In the independent ending, never weakening them results in them getting very close to New Vegas, attacking places like the Gun Runners, Crimson Caravan and if not destroyed, taking over McCarran. If only slightly weakened, they will remain in the same locations as they did before the Hoover Dam battle but not go any further than that.
- Assuming the Fiends aren’t wiped out in the independent ending, wiping their leaders out will result in them scattering after a weeks’ time.

Followers of the Apocalypse
- If Julie Farkas dies, the Old Mormon Fort will be overtaken by thugs and junkies, leaving the Fort nothing more than a junkie den.
- In the NCR ending in which the Followers don’t assist the NCR, all the Followers get kicked out of the Mojave, allowing the NCR to completely control the Old Mormon Fort.
- In the NCR ending in which the Followers assist the NCR, NCR soldiers help protect the Followers and they provide additional supplies and doctors to help them care for more people.
- In the Legion ending with Lanius in charge, the Followers will be wiped out entirely and the Old Mormon Fort is burnt to the ground.
- In the Legion ending with Caesar in charge, the Followers are forced to leave the Mojave, leaving the Old Mormon Fort empty, manned only by Legion soldiers.
- In the independent ending, the Followers are overburdened by the influx of patients, with several patients waiting outside the tents, sleeping in beds and crowding the Fort.

Arcade
- In all endings aside from independent Arcade leaves the Mojave permanently, meaning he will no longer be a companion, able to be hired, and in some cases, even show up in the game.
- After the independent ending, he is made recruitable again.
- If he is enslaved by the Legion, he will be by Caesar’s side in the Lucky 38 as his personal physician. If the Legate is crowned Caesar however, he will be crucified in the same location as previous.

Goodsprings
- In the NCR ending, the NCR take over Goodsprings, establish a toll road and old timers, AKA Easy Pete, are forced to move on and leave Goodsprings.
- In the Legion ending, most residents aside from Easy Pete, Chet and one settler leave Goodsprings out of fear of the Legion, leaving the town mostly empty.
- In the House ending, Victor re-appears at Goodsprings to keep an eye on and protect the town.
- In the independent ending, several prospectors and travellers will appear at Goodsprings due to the increased traffic.

Cass
- If the Legion wins, Cass leaves the Mojave permanently, meaning she will no longer be a companion, able to be hired, or even show up in the game.

Great Khans
- If they’re wiped out at Red Rock or their quest isn’t completed in a House/independent ending, all Great Khans in the Mojave will vanish entirely.
- If the NCR win and the Khans ally with them or they’re convinced to leave the Mojave, the Khans will pack up their entire camp and leave the Mojave, leaving little trace of them in Red Rock.
- If the Legion win and the Khans break up their alliance with them or they stay allied with the Legion and the NCR win, the Khans will be decimated, with dead bodies and burning camps littering the valley.
- If the Khans ally with the Legion and the Legion win or they take a suicidal last stand, Red Rock will be left completely abandoned with no trace of the Great Khans anywhere.

Jacobstown
- If Marcus dies and its leadership is subsequently destroyed, all the Super Mutants will leave Jacobstown, making it abandoned. These mutant remnants can be seen in camps in some parts of the Mojave and are hostile to the player.
- If a cure is never found, takes too long and Keene dies, or Keene leaves, the Nightkin will abandon Jacobstown and terrorize the Mojave in a similar fashion to the Black Mountain Nightkin, just in different locations.
- If a cure is found or takes too long with Keene convinced to stay, Nightkin will stop referring to their mental episodes, and both Nightkin and ordinary Super Mutants will flock to Jacobstown, giving it a much larger population.

Lily
- If Lily keeps to her normal medication amounts, she leaves the Mojave permanently to seek her past, meaning she will no longer be a companion, able to be hired, or even show up in the game.
- She will stay in the Mojave if she takes her medication more regularly or stops taking it altogether.

The Kings
- In the Legion ending, the NCR ending where they attack NCR citizens or the House ending where nothing is done or they make peace with the NCR, the Kings will be wiped out, leaving their bodies around and inside the Kings School of Impersonation and having no surviving members whatsoever.
- If the Kings incite violence against NCR citizens, this will lead to several dead NCR squatters in the squatter side of Freeside and a great many pieces of anti-NCR graffiti around the area. In the Mr. House ending, this results in them being left alive due to their loyalty to New Vegas, and if the NCR win, the bodies will be cleaned up and the graffiti will be covered.
- If the NCR win and the Kings call a truce with the NCR, a relief effort will take place. Food, water and medical supplies are handed out in various areas around Freeside, having long lines of locals and squatters with NCR soldiers and Kings handing out these items.

Rex
- If Rex’s brain is never replaced, he dies, making him unavailable as a companion.

The Misfits
- Assuming they distinguish themselves during the battle of Hoover Dam and the NCR win, the Misfits remain at Camp Golf. Otherwise, they leave the Mojave along with the NCR or die in battle to the Legion.
- However, if they don’t distinguish themselves or have their records forged, Mags and Razz will be hung at the Mojave Outpost, hanging under the statues. Assuming they take drugs, they are court martialled and are not seen anywhere in game.

Novac
- If the Bright Followers are never dealt with, feral Ghouls will flood Novac regardless of whether Novac was wiped out or not. The town will be left a graveyard, with the citizens bodies lying around as well as living and dead feral Ghouls.
- If Jason Bright is killed, no one comes to the aid of Novac, as such, the town will be wiped out by the Legion.
- In any ending apart from the Legion’s where Jason Bright is helped, Bright Followers will inhabit Novac along with the citizens. The town will be visibly damaged and being rebuilt with newer defences, alongside this, some citizens will be gone due to be killed and their graves can be seen. If the Legion do win, Novac is safely evacuated and left abandoned.
- If the rockets crash into one another due to sabotage, the salvage that is brought back to Novac will leak, leaving the town contaminated by radioactive goo leaking from the rockets, making it abandoned.

Boone
- In the Legion ending, and NCR ending where Boone’s quest is completed and he is vengeful, Boone leaves the Mojave permanently, meaning he will no longer be a companion or able to be hired.
- In the NCR ending where his quest isn’t completed and the House/independent endings, Boone stays, still able to be a companion of the player.
- If Boone makes amends over Bitter springs and the NCR win, he will re-join 1st Recon and can be seen at McCarran.
- If Boone is vengeful over Bitter Springs and the Legion wins, he will be seen crucified at The Fort.

NCRCF Powder Gangers
- If the Powder Gangers at NCRCF are still alive in the Legion and NCR endings, they are subsequently wiped out by them, leaving NCR/Legion soldiers and Powder Ganger bodies at NCRCF.

Vault 19 Powder Gangers
- In all their endings apart from leaving their quest uncompleted, the Vault 19 Powder Gangers will disappear, leaving Vault 19 abandoned.
- If their quest goes uncompleted, Lem is killed off to prevent the player from going down the Great Khan route of this quest which will not be present at this stage.

Primm
- If the NCR agree to support Primm, several things change. If the NCR win, Primm is rebuilt, and several NCR troopers, flags, toll booths and traders will appear, if House wins, Securitrons protect the town, if the Legion wins, their flags and soldiers will be present, and in an independent ending, the town will go unprotected.
- If Meyers is Sheriff and the Legion win, the town mounts a defence which results in Primm being wiped out. However, if Primm Slimm is sheriff, the Legion will take over with Slimm still being present and no deaths occurring.
- If Primm’s quest to find a sheriff isn’t completed, it will fail, and in the NCR and Legion endings, they will take over regardless.

ED-E
- If ED-E is not repaired by the player, he is repaired by another person and as such, disappears from Primm, preventing him from being a companion.
- If ED-E’s quest isn’t completed or he isn’t with the player when he is upgraded, ED-E leaves the Mojave permanently, meaning he will no longer be a companion, able to be hired, or even show up in the game.

Chief Hanlon
- Hanlon leaves the Mojave in all scenarios apart from when he stops falsifying records and the Legion wins.
- In said scenario when Caesar is alive, he is found beheaded at Camp Golf next to the crucified NCR rangers, if Caesar is dead however, he is crucified along with the other rangers.

Remnants
- In all endings when the Remnants regroup, they disappear from the Enclave bunker along with their Vertibird.

-MISCELLANEOUS EVENTS-

Operation Racket
- If Racket isn’t stopped and the Legion lose, a good few Omertas will be dead, especially the leaders Big Sal and Nero which indicates a battle took place whilst the Hoover Dam battle was taking place. Otherwise, if the Legion win and Caesar is alive, nothing will change.
- If Racket is stopped but the Legion win it breaks up their “alliance”, therefore, this results in the Omertas being wiped out and their casino being destroyed.

White Gloves
- If the White Gloves aren’t returned to cannibalism, they get wiped out by the Legion and their casino is destroyed if they win. However, if Caesar is alive and an alliance is brokered, they will still be around.

Van Graffs
- Assuming they don’t betray the Legion at the end of their quest and Caesar is alive, the Van Graffs remain alive in a Legion ending. However, if they’re betrayed, AKA the quest is completed or Caesar is dead, the Van Graffs are killed, and their store is destroyed.

Camp Forlorn Hope
- If the Legion wins or Nelson isn’t destroyed before the Hoover Dam battle, Forlorn Hope is destroyed entirely.
- If Nelson is destroyed in a House/independent ending, Forlorn Hope isn’t destroyed, instead, graves are shown outside of the camp to indicate the losses during the battle and the camp is abandoned. This is same for the NCR ending; however, the camp isn’t abandoned.
- If 1st Recon is at Forlorn Hope, graves will never be present. Additionally, if Nelson isn’t destroyed, their presence will prevent Forlorn Hope from being destroyed.

Cottonwood Cove
- In an NCR ending, Cottonwood Cove is taken over by the NCR. However, this will not occur if the player irradiated the camp with radioactive barrels beforehand.

Camp Golf
- If the Misfits records are falsified or the Legion win, Camp Golf is eradicated, leaving the bodies of NCR troopers, rangers and Legion soldiers around the camp.
- If the Misfits don’t distinguish themselves but their records aren’t falsified, Camp Golf is held with considerable losses and graves are seen, otherwise, if they do, the Camp is held without much difficulty and graves are not present.

Helios One
- If not previously occupied by them, the Legion will take over Helios One should they win.
- Helios One will be left devoid of people in the House/independent ending, with all endings aside from the NCR’s leaving the quest to re-activate it unavailable if not done already.

Monorail
- If the quest to stop the monorail bombing goes uncompleted, it is destroyed during the Hoover Dam battle, making it unusable afterwards.
- The monorail being destroyed is abated in the House ending due to him having the resources and knowledge to fix and optimize it.

NCR Embassy
- If Operation Racket isn’t stopped the NCR Embassy will be bombed and as such destroyed, killing everyone inside and leaving it a smouldering ruin.

Quarry Junction Camps
- If the Deathclaws at Quarry Junction are killed before the Hoover Dam battle, either the NCR or Legion will establish a checkpoint there and the remaining Deathclaws in the area will be wiped out in order to further their foothold in the Mojave. This can still occur after the Hoover Dam battle, however.

-RESTORED POST-GAME DIALOGUE/NPC INTERACTIONS-

- Tech Sergeant Reyes, if she isn't dead in the Legion, House and Independent endings, appears at the Mojave Outpost with post-game dialogue.
- In the NCR ending where the Embassy is bombed, Jake Erwin will appear outside with post-game dialogue.
- Red Lucy has post-game dialogue for the NCR and Legion endings.
- Fantastic will remain at Helios One if the Brotherhood take it over and has post-game dialogue to reflect this.

-LEAVING THE MOJAVE-
- When you end the game, you have the choice of leaving the Mojave to conclude your business there for good. You can leave through 2 ways, either through the Mojave Outpost gate (Assuming you haven't nuked the Long 15), or the wreckage near Brooks Tumbleweed Ranch.
